Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use Talent Solutions AI for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company, and "you" includes the company.

Give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; do not share or sell accounts.

Courses, certificates, and up to three practice interviews per day are free for candidates.

Certificates show that you completed a Talent Solutions AI course and passed its graded assessment. They are issued by Talent Solutions AI only. They are not academic credit, a professional license, or an accredited or government-recognized certification, and they do not guarantee work or pay.

Assessments and official interviews must be your own work. Using another person, notes, AI tools, or other outside help when not allowed, or interfering with integrity monitoring, can result in revoked certificates, voided results, and account suspension.

AI interviews and scorecards are generated with the help of AI models and may contain mistakes. They are tools to show your skills, not final judgments about you. If you think a result is wrong, email us and we will review it.

Some roles on the job board are gathered from other websites and link to the original posting; those employers, not Talent Solutions AI, control the role, hiring, and pay.

For roles posted or funded on Talent Solutions AI, candidates work as independent contractors, not employees of Talent Solutions AI, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The scope, rate, and payment terms for each contract are shown before you accept it.

We never charge candidates a fee to apply for or be placed in a job.

We do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any role will be filled.

Companies can post roles and buy human AI evaluation plans. Plans are billed in advance each month through our payment processor and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next renewal, and fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law or agreed in writing.

You keep ownership of the AI outputs, data, and materials you give us for evaluation, and of the reports we deliver to you once paid for. We use your materials only to perform the services, keep them confidential, and do not use them to train AI models. A separate signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Employers must use candidate information only to evaluate and hire for the role, and must follow applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent jobs or profiles, or ask candidates for payment.
• Harass, discriminate against, or misuse the information of other users.
• Scrape, copy, or resell platform content, questions, or answer keys.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the platform's security or integrity checks.
• Break any law while using Talent Solutions AI.

Courses, questions, software, and branding belong to Talent Solutions AI or its licensors. You may use them only to use the platform. You keep ownership of content you create, and give us permission to host and display it as needed to run the platform.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability) survive after an account ends.

Talent Solutions AI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Talent Solutions AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify account holders before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Talent Solutions AI after that means you accept the updated Terms.
